Shiloh Industries was founding in 1950 and is based in Valley City, Ohio. Since its founding the firm has experienced steady growth as a consequence it now has multiple locations throughout North America including Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, Tennessee, Wisconsin, and Mexico. The guiding goal of the company is to provide lightweighting solutions without compromise. Shiloh employs more than 1,750 people.
Together with its subsidiaries, Shiloh provides light weighting, as well as noise, vibration, and harshness solutions to automotive, commercial vehicle, and other industrial markets. It designs, engineers, manufactures and sells first operation exposed and unexposed blanks, and advanced engineered welded blanks for use in exterior and structural components, like fenders, hoods, and doors principally to automotive and truck original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
It also offers engineered stampings and complex modular assemblies, like components used in the structural and powertrain systems of vehicles; structural systems comprising body-in-white applications and underbody modules; and powertrain systems comprising of deep draw components like oil pans, transmission pans, and valve covers. It offers other related products as well.
