D&H Distributing: Adaptation

When the environment changes or the product and services just isn’t working out you have to change and adapt to what’s current and profitable. If you don’t you or more specifically the business you are running won’t survive.

D&H Distributing adapted and survived. In 1918 it began as a small business retreading tires. It might have gone on that way but the company decided it was better to do something else.  It then went into the distribution business and has stayed there for the past 95 years.

With that amount of distribution experience it’s safe to say they know what they’re doing. Today the company is a leading distributor of IT and electronics offering end-to-end solutions to the reseller and retail and the clients they serve in the small medium business sector and consumers market.

It distributes in the US and Canada. Among the products they sell include computers, software, electronic components, home networking and automation equipment, and printing and imaging equipment. Consumer products include home entertainment equipment, cell and smart phones, and gaming systems.

D&H Distributing clients include small and large resellers, and retailers, system builders, schools and government agencies. What keep this company strong are its employees who also own the company.
